Un hotel divino, con las comodidades necesarias, el personal de servicio es muy amable y el precio es por demás accesible: enero de 2023 pagamos $700.00 la noche por 4 personas en habitación doble. A dos calles del centro. Lo vale absolutamente. Cuando vuelva a SanCris sin dudas volveré a este lugar. Nos encantó.

Verdaderamente un gran lugar para hospedarse, buen servicio, limpieza 100% única, el trato de todo el personal muy agradable, servicial, respetuoso y alegres. A una calle de parque central. Todo cómodamente cerca! La Sra. Yulu de limpieza muy linda y servicial, Oliver que chico tan agradable y da muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares y el chico del turno de la noche Abrham, también muy amable y sonriente al recibirnos. Siempre desde el día que me hospede todos y cada uno siempre fueron muy amables, Oliver es del único que recuerdo su nombre un jovencito sumamente educado agradable, la señora que hace la limpieza no se diga, que bonito trato recibí así como de los chicos que se quedan en la noche, muy muy a gusto.
Having travelled central america for 4 yrs i can tell you i think this is the best hotel ive stayed at. The price is incredibly economic yet the building and rooms are perfect. The vibe is soothing, peaceful and satisfying. The staff (Elijah sorry for spelling) was 10/10, couldnt have asked for more. Thankyou Elijah, hotel, san cristobal, chiapas and mexico. X
Hotel con buenas habitaciones, buen servicio wifi, limpio, económico y sobre todo con una magnífica ubicación para disfrutar del centro de San Cristóbal de las Casas. La atención de los chicos del mostrador excelente. Recomendable.
Hotel situado en la zona centro de San Cristóbal. A unos pasos de una calle peatonal. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen lo necesario. Agua caliente. Tiene una recepción muy grande con mesas, donde puedes pasar un rato agradable. No tiene restaurante, pero cerca hay varios. No tiene estacionamiento, pero a dos cuadras hay uno público. Que tiene pensión.
Very clean. Hot water. WiFi only in reception. One long block from Centro Historico. One block to pedestrian walkways and restaurants. Very walkable to all the entertainment. Staff is excellent. Helpful, happy, kind and courteous. Oliver, the day manager, was efficient and patient with my limited Spanish. He always had a smile. The cleaning woman was very conscientious about her work. She always made sure there was fresh bottled water by the bed. Friday and Saturday nights can be a challenge for sleep, as there is a club next door that makes the walls pulse with every beat. Good value. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
